Ocean Walk is the only complex in the village area that has a heated pool.  We keep our pool heated to 85 degrees.  Ocean Walk also has three wifi hotspots.  One at each pool and one in the clubhouse. 

There has been great demand for Ocean Walk units during February and March. Our rentals were at 100% occupancy during March!  Ocean Walk is a safe place, lots of area to walk and you meet so many friendly people during this time of year.

We saw so many families and couples here this year, so good sto see with the state of the nations economy.  I think it proves that St. Simons is an affordable destination and there is so much to do here that your family can have fun without all of the trappings of large amusement parks.

St. Simons has so much to offer.  If you love to bike there are miles of bike trails.  Kayaking, fishing, sightseeing.  There is something for everyone.

This area has a magical feel, it is truly a special place.  The pace is slower, the history rich and the views spectacular.
